Also, they are almost 20 years old. We have them cleaned every other year. Robert was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned the carpets in a timely manner and even cleaned a small Persian rug for no charge. We really thought we would have to replace the carpet with the coffee and hot chocolate stains but Robert worked on them and the stains. While not completely removed, they looked much better and we will replace that carpet when we replace it all. The carpets look and smell great.
